We are located in Saavedra, Moalboal, Cebu 6032, Philippines. From Moalboal town proper, we are just a short tricycle ride away. Look for the tricycle line across Jollibee Moalboal, near 360 Pharmacy — tell the driver Villa Antonietta Garden Resort and they will know the way!

We are not beachfront, but the beach is very close! Basdaku White Beach is about 5 minutes away by tricycle and Panagsama Beach (famous for the Sardine Run and diving) is about 10 minutes away.

By taxi or private car: Hire a taxi or book a Grab from the airport directly to the resort. Fare varies.

By commute: From the airport, ride to the South Bus Terminal. Take a Ceres bus going to Moalboal. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Jollibee Moalboal. Cross the street near 360 Pharmacy and take a tricycle to Villa Antonietta.

Yes! You can book Villa Antonietta exclusively for your group. We have 8 rooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests (maximum 24). This is perfect for family reunions, barkada trips, and special celebrations.

Yes, pool day use is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only, subject to availability. Please note that the pool may not be available for day use if it is under maintenance or if there is an exclusive booking. We recommend messaging us in advance to check availability before coming.

Yes. Mobile signal is also generally good in the area for all major networks.

We do not have a restaurant on site, but there are nearby options within easy reach — including a restobar and a karinderia (local eatery) close to the resort. You can also bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during your stay.

There is no kitchen for guest to cook, but you can grill! Feel free to bring food for a barbecue — perfect for group stays and get-togethers.

You can book in two ways:

1. Via Facebook: Send us a message on our Facebook page and we will assist you with availability, rates, and reservation details.

2. Via Airbnb: You can also book directly through our Airbnb listing for a secure and easy online booking experience.

We currently accept cash payments only. There are ATMs available in Moalboal town proper if needed.

We have two pools — the adult pool is 4.5ft to 5.5ft deep and the kiddie pool is 3ft deep. Perfect for both kids and adults!

The pool is open until 10:00 PM only. We kindly ask all guests to wrap up their swim by then. This is to allow time for pool maintenance and observe the quiet hours.

Yes, quiet hours start at 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is in line with the barangay ordinance and out of respect for our neighbors. We kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM. Thank you for helping us keep the peace!

We currently do not offer cancellations. We recommend booking only when you are sure of your dates. For questions, please message us.

Tricycles are available in the area, though they can be harder to find especially at night. Fares vary depending on the destination. For getting around Moalboal, we recommend renting a scooter — it’s the most convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the area at your own pace!
